Beth holds a PhD in biomedical sciences and MS in human anatomy from Penn State College of Medicine. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the Department of Pediatrics and Brenden-Colson Center for Pancreatic Care at Oregon Health & Science University.

Beth has authored 7 peer-reviewed publications and has experience preparing meeting abstracts, grant proposals, research posters, and oral presentations for scientific meetings. She also has experience authoring nonclinical reports and clinical study reports.

Beth is originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, and currently lives in Portland, Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and trying new foods.
